As a long-time member of the community, Cole is dedicated to sharing the beauty of the Yampa Valley by helping full and part-time residents find a home that will allow them to enjoy everything this amazing place has to offer.

 

Prior to real estate, Cole spent most of his time in restaurant management. Cole uses his hospitality and management skills to give clients an exciting and fun experience when making these huge and stressful decisions.

 

Cole is known for unmatched customer service, 24/7 availability, high-tech marketing techniques, and personal touches. He is a skilled negotiator with the client’s best interests at heart. He believes that it is not only his job but his duty to represent his client’s to the best of his ability as well as to educate them throughout the process, so that they have the top notch information and market insight, to ensure that they make the best decisions possible – even when it means telling people things they might not want to hear!

 

You can probably find Cole playing with his son, Jackson. Together they enjoy Camping, swimming, biking, skiing, snowboarding, or anything else outdoors. Cole also spends any extra free time learning about his business, from new marketing techniques to new real estate trends.
